Fundraising success: Lindenwood raises more than $5 million

Lindenwood University celebrated another exceptional fundraising campaign in its near 200-year history. From July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, the University raised more than $5 million, making the last fiscal year a top-three fundraising finish.

Students Gain First-Hand Experience at MDWSA Summer Splash

Lindenwood University students studying recreation therapy practiced what they’ve learned in the classroom during a summer course. Processes and Techniques of Therapeutic Recreation allowed students to gain first-hand experience helping run and organize the Summer Splash event with the Missouri Disabled Waterski Association.

Star Wars Parody: Lindenwood Students, Faculty, Alumni Collaborate on Show

Lindenwood University students, alumni, and faculty participated in the making of the show, “The One Hour Star Wars Trilogy – A Parody” in July, which was performed at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center in St. Louis.

2023 Football Season Kicks Off Today

The 2023 football season kicks off today when Lindenwood University welcomes the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point to Hunter Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m., and a short fireworks display will follow the game. 

Jim Mosquera Appointed Director of Hammond Institute for Free Enterprise

Jim Mosquera has been appointed director of the John W. Hammond Institute for Free Enterprise within the Plaster College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Lindenwood University. He also will retain his duties as director of the Duree Center for Entrepreneurship.
